Frost Train is out

Frost Train is live: a 3D roguelite about a factory train crossing a frozen continent on a single boiler.

At each stop the train halts beside a buried vault. You walk a salvage mech out over the snow on a power cable, cut the vault door open, and haul the crate back to the train. The boiler cools the whole time you’re out there, and the cable only reaches so far: relay it, unclip it, or turn back.

Between stops you choose the route on the map, weighing distance, loot and the heat the next leg will cost, and you build out the train with what you salvaged. Every stop is a different place — rail yards with water towers and gantries, open steppe under power lines, frozen lakes and glacier ridges — each with its own weather, and the storms get worse the further you go. There’s a daily challenge too.
